Assist – Managing Challenging Behaviour

Struggling with your child’s challenging behaviour? Need help to manage your child’s behaviour?
Redbridge Forum is organising a training course on managing challenging behaviour. We will look at the function of the behaviour, the reasons why children display this type of behaviour and strategies and coping mechanisms for handling this behaviour.

Assist – Personal Independence Payment meeting

Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is the new benefit that has replaced adults Disability Living Allowance(DLA).

Walking club

Want to get fit and active? Want to socialise and meet people?
Redbridge Forum is organising a walking club for people who want to get out and be more active.

Walking is the lowest risk of all physical activities, yet produces massive benefits to physical and mental wellbeing. It is a great way to explore your local area to make new friends.
